Apt Resources is hiring experienced Senior Collection Agents to join a reputable client’s team in Dubai. This role focuses on managing overdue accounts, negotiating payment plans, and mentoring junior staff to enhance the collections department’s success while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with customers on overdue accounts via calls, emails, and correspondence.

• Negotiate payment plans and resolve disputes efficiently.

• Analyze delinquent accounts and develop effective collection strategies.

• Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and streamline invoicing.

• Train and mentor junior collection agents in best practices.

• Prepare regular reports on collection performance and trends.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations in collection efforts.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in debt collection or accounts receivable.

• Strong negotiation skills with proven achievement of collection targets.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Knowledge of debt collection laws and compliance standards.

• Leadership skills to mentor junior staff.

• Proficiency with collection software, CRM, and Microsoft Office.

• Highly organized with attention to detail.

• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

• Must be based in the UAE.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 7,000 to 8,000 (basic + allowances), negotiable based on experience.

• Performance Incentives starting from AED 3,000+.

• Working Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM, 6 days a week, with 1-hour break.

• Benefits as per UAE Labor Law.
