Expect approximately 40% travel across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential print partners across the UAE to expand the network.

• Establish and nurture relationships with prospective partners, presenting Dandpo’s value proposition and negotiating partnerships.

• Lead onboarding efforts ensuring new partners are fully integrated into Dandpo.com’s marketplace.

• Validate and assess partners to meet quality standards, pricing, and operational expectations.

• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and tech teams for partner alignment.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and partnership performance, reporting findings and growth opportunities.

• Conduct frequent travel and site visits across the UAE (approx. 40% of role).

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong negotiation abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data reporting and analysis.

• Strong networking and relationship management skills.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously.

• Proven sales and negotiation track record.

• Adaptability to a fast-changing environment.

• Comfortable with frequent travel across the UAE.

• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.

Preferred Experience:

• 1-2 years in business development, partnerships, or sales, preferably in print or e-commerce industries.

• Familiarity with the UAE market, especially the print sector.
