SuperBytes Info, a dynamic player in the iGaming industry, is actively seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Coordinator to join its expanding team in Dubai. This full-time remote position requires relocation to Dubai and offers an excellent opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, regulated industry.

The Finance Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting financial operations by maintaining records, ensuring compliance, managing invoicing and payments, and facilitating financial reporting. This individual will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth financial workflows and accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records using Tally and ERP systems

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports and support end-of-period closings

• Manage and process payments, including bank and Payment Service Provider (PSP) reconciliations

• Ensure compliance with local and international tax and gaming laws

• Organize and manage financial documentation for audit readiness

• Collaborate with departments such as operations, compliance, and support to provide financial insights

• Support external audit processes and coordinate with auditors

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (preferred)

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting

• Strong knowledge of finance principles, Tally, ERP software, and MS Excel

• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical thinking

• Strong communication skills and team collaboration ability

• Willingness to relocate to Dubai and work 6 days a week

• Immediate availability to join is highly preferred

• Experience in the iGaming or other regulated industries is a plus
