We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Sales Manager – Off-Plan Real Estate to lead a team of dynamic brokers and accelerate sales growth in Dubai’s booming off-plan market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 5–10 brokers, blending both fresh talent and seasoned professionals.

• Provide continuous coaching and skill-building focused on off-plan sales techniques.

• Consistently drive the team to meet and exceed monthly targets and KPIs.

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans specific to Dubai’s off-plan market.

• Serve as a hands-on leader, actively engaging in day-to-day operations and sales mentoring.

• Coordinate with leadership to align business goals with sales execution.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Dubai’s real estate market, preferably in off-plan sales

• Proven experience in managing sales teams with a record of success

• Strong understanding of Dubai’s off-plan property sector and developer relationships

• Ability to inspire, coach, and lead by example

• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills

• Resides in Dubai; preferred nationalities include Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa, UK, or USA

• Age Range: 23–46
