Nestled on the iconic Palm Island, Atlantis The Palm offers exceptional holiday experiences and thrilling adventures. This full-time, on-site role is pivotal in maintaining guest satisfaction and operational excellence within one of Dubai’s most celebrated waterparks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Guest Buggy Services, Aquaventure Cabanas, Guest Services Kiosks, and Guest Amenities within the resort.

• Ensure smooth daily operations with consistent delivery of exceptional guest service.

• Manage and train a diverse team across various guest-facing functions.

• Maintain high service standards through regular monitoring and staff performance reviews.

• Supervise guest transportation logistics and ensure prompt and safe service.

• Deliver a 5-star cabana guest experience with attention to detail and comfort.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless guest journeys across the waterpark.

• Monitor inventory and manage guest amenities effectively.

• Handle guest feedback professionally and ensure timely resolution of concerns.

• Implement operational best practices while adhering to brand and safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in hospitality, tourism, or recreation.

• Proven ability to lead large and diverse teams in a high-paced environment.

• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Comfortable managing guest relations, team scheduling, and conflict resolution.

• Proficient with POS systems, Microsoft Office, and compliance procedures.

• Physical fitness to meet the active demands of the waterpark.

• A dependable, proactive leader who fosters team development and continuous improvement.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
