Infosys is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join their Financial Services team in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. This role focuses on nurturing existing client relationships while identifying and converting new business opportunities in the financial services sector. This is a key sales and client engagement position based in the UAE, ideal for candidates interested in a long-term career in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, growth, and contract renewals.

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the MEA financial services sector.

• Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client business needs and aligning Infosys’ digital and IT solutions accordingly.

• Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, and solution teams to develop winning proposals.

• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and client requirements to anticipate market needs.

• Support the sales cycle from lead qualification through deal closure, including proposal development and contract negotiation.

• Maintain accurate sales records using CRM systems and provide regular forecasts and reports.

• Manage account operations such as contractual documentation, invoicing, and collections.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Soft Skills:

• Strong learnability and ability to quickly grasp business processes, company offerings, and client requirements.

• Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable in a customer-facing role.

Hard Skills:

• Understanding of the Financial Services sector.

• Knowledge of B2B IT services including outsourcing and offshoring models.

• Familiarity with RFI/RFP processes and B2B sales lifecycle.

• Experience drafting business cases for client pitches.
