Job Summary
Join Big Mamma’s dynamic team as a Sous Chef and play a key role in launching their first restaurant in Dubai. Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure culinary excellence and operational efficiency in a fast-paced, high-quality environment.
Key Responsibilities

Participate in menu development alongside Executive Chefs, ensuring a unique culinary experience.

Execute dishes with speed and precision, strictly following Group recipes and standards.

Support the Head Chef in maintaining hygiene standards and operational organization.

Manage food costs, including inventory control, waste reduction, and timely ordering.

Lead and motivate the kitchen brigade, fostering teamwork and a positive work culture.

Train and support kitchen staff daily to promote professionalism and passion.
Qualifications

Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar culinary leadership role.

Strong knowledge of French and Italian cuisine preferred.

Ability to work under pressure with speed and precision.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
