Pearson is seeking a dynamic Regional Development Manager to lead vocational education sales across the Middle East, North Africa, Turkey, and surrounding markets. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence in the vocational education sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with annual and long-range plans.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to uncover growth opportunities.

Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, government bodies, and industry partners.

Manage regulatory and recognition processes within the region.

Deliver accurate financial forecasts and sales performance reports.

Lead negotiations and close contracts with educational institutions and corporate clients.

Conduct market research and assess client needs for continuous improvement.

Foster a culture of high performance and accountability within the sales team.
Qualifications:

Proven sales experience, preferably in the education or vocational training sector.

Strong understanding of vocational education systems and market dynamics.

Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
