This unique 24-month program is designed to develop bright and passionate fresh graduates into future leaders through structured rotations across various business functions. Successful completion of the program may lead to full-time employment within the Richemont Group.

Program Details:

• Duration: 24 months

• Rotations: 3 assignments across different departments

• Training & Development: Extensive learning opportunities and retail immersion

• Mentorship: Shadow experienced employees and receive regular feedback from senior management

• Objective: Develop skills, gain hands-on experience, and contribute fresh ideas to the organization

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate actively in all rotations and training assignments

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must be UAE National with valid UAE Passport & Family Book

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (any major)

• 0-2 years of work experience

• Proficiency in English and Arabic

• Computer skills including Microsoft Office
