Richemont, a global leader in luxury goods, is offering the Mustaqbalkom Graduate Trainee Program exclusively for UAE Nationals in line with the UAE Government’s Emiratization initiative. This unique 24-month program is designed to develop bright and passionate fresh graduates into future leaders through structured rotations across various business functions. Successful completion of the program may lead to full-time employment within the Richemont Group.
Program Details:

Duration: 24 months

Rotations: 3 assignments across different departments

Training & Development: Extensive learning opportunities and retail immersion

Mentorship: Shadow experienced employees and receive regular feedback from senior management

Objective: Develop skills, gain hands-on experience, and contribute fresh ideas to the organization

Qualifications & Requirements:

Must be UAE National with valid UAE Passport & Family Book

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (any major)

0-2 years of work experience

Proficiency in English and Arabic

Computer skills including Microsoft Office
