Job Description:
DLMC Consultants is seeking a proactive and organized Operations Admin with hands-on experience in Odoo ERP, logistics, and operations management. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth order processing and back-office coordination, working closely with logistics and customer service departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations and logistics functions

• Utilize Odoo ERP for order management and reporting

• Coordinate customer service, inventory tracking, and shipment schedules

• Maintain accurate records and documentation

• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for process efficiency

• Support the implementation of new operational procedures and policies

• Handle multiple tasks effectively and meet daily deadlines

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in operations, logistics, or customer service roles

• Mandatory expertise in Odoo ERP (experience with other ERP systems a plus)

• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management tools

• Able to work independently and solve problems proactively

• Available for immediate joining

• Work schedule: 6 days/week, 11 AM – 8 PM
