Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Bartender for Rüya at The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm. This role goes beyond mixing drinks—it’s about creating memorable guest experiences through expert beverage service, personalized interactions, and a keen eye for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve beverages with precision and care, adhering to hotel standards

• Stay informed on current mixology trends, ingredients, and guest preferences

• Provide warm and engaging hospitality as the face of the bar

• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing bar area

• Accurately handle cash and card transactions

• Build rapport with guests and anticipate their needs

• Comply with safety and hygiene policies, ensuring a secure workplace

• Support team operations and perform other related duties as needed

Candidate Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a hospitality environment

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks (lifting, bending, etc.)

• A detail-oriented approach and commitment to service excellence

• No supervisory experience required
