Anotech is hiring a highly experienced Systems Assurance Manager for a Light Rail Transit (LRT) project in Dubai. This is a key contract role responsible for ensuring the integrity, safety, and reliability of all rail systems and subsystems. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in systems assurance strategies, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive systems assurance strategy across LRT operations (signaling, communications, power supply, vehicle operations).

• Define performance metrics and benchmarks to monitor system effectiveness.

• Lead quality assurance planning and control processes throughout the project lifecycle.

• Establish and manage a robust Quality Management System tailored for rail operations.

• Conduct internal quality audits and interact with stakeholders to ensure compliance with client and regulatory standards.

• Deploy quality assurance personnel for material inspection and on-site execution control.

• Address and resolve quality issues raised by clients or the employer.

• Facilitate approvals for project quality procedures and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Transportation, or Safety Management (Master’s preferred).

• 8+ years of systems assurance and quality assurance experience in the transportation industry.

• Experience working in O&M environments related to Metro or Tram systems.

• Familiar with safety and quality standards (ISO 9001, Six Sigma).

• Professional certification in Quality Assurance preferred.

• Project Management Certification and Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001:2015) are advantageous.

• Previous experience in the Middle East region is a plus.
