Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Spray Painter to join our industrial maintenance and finishing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing, coating, and finishing surfaces of machinery and equipment, ensuring durability, quality, and visual appeal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare metal or surface materials through sanding, priming, and cleaning

• Mix and match paint or coatings as per specifications and finish standards

• Operate spray painting equipment to apply paints evenly and safely

• Inspect painted surfaces for consistency, color accuracy, and defects

• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of painting tools and workstations

• Follow workplace safety protocols, including use of PPE and ventilation systems

• Collaborate with other technicians to meet production timelines and improve painting techniques

Candidate Requirements:

• 1–5 years of hands-on spray painting experience, preferably in industrial or machinery settings

• Ability to mix paint and coatings for desired finish and durability

• Strong attention to detail with a good sense of color matching and finish quality

• Familiar with industrial painting tools, compressors, and spray guns

• Must understand safety procedures related to paint and solvent handling

• Reliable, physically fit, and capable of working in workshop or site environments
