Job Summary:

We are hiring a skilled IT Network Support & Implementation Engineer to join our fast-growing IT services team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and implementing end-to-end IT infrastructure and network solutions for our clients. You’ll work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure timely, secure, and efficient system deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support full lifecycle implementation of IT infrastructure and network services

• Understand client requirements and tailor solutions accordingly

• Configure and deploy hardware, software, and network systems

• Collaborate with technical teams for seamless delivery and integration

• Troubleshoot network and system issues, ensuring minimal downtime

• Monitor system performance using network tools and implement corrective actions

• Provide training and documentation to clients and internal users

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and scope

• Participate in on-call support and handle critical incidents as needed

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

• 2–4 years of UAE-based experience in network support or IT implementation

• Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, MCSA, or A+ (preferred)

• Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)

• Experience with system configuration, troubleshooting, and remote support

• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and IT ticketing systems

• Excellent communication, documentation, and client-handling skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to work flexible hours if required
