Role Overview:

We are seeking a visionary General Manager to lead operations across the Middle East for our pipeline manufacturing and distribution business. This is a senior leadership role focused on strategy, market expansion, cross-border operations, and team development in a highly competitive sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Business Growth

• Define and drive long-term business strategy aligned with corporate objectives.

• Expand regional and international market share across multiple pipeline types: PVC, TCP, RTP, SRPP, HDPE, PE-RT, PB, and more.

Market Development & Client Relationships

• Establish strong ties with EPC contractors, government authorities, and infrastructure developers.

• Identify market opportunities and lead contract negotiations for large-scale pipeline projects.

Operational Oversight

• Supervise end-to-end business functions including manufacturing, sales, supply chain, and compliance.

• Ensure international trade, logistics, and procurement processes meet industry and legal standards.

Financial & Commercial Management

• Drive profitability, monitor financial KPIs, and manage cost efficiency across departments.

• Develop robust pricing strategies for bulk orders and long-term supply agreements.

Leadership & Team Development

• Build and mentor a technically skilled, multi-national team.

• Implement performance-based training and growth strategies.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience & Education:

• Bachelor’s or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related field

• 5–10 years in pipeline industry with 3+ years in senior management roles

Industry Knowledge:

• Deep understanding of the Middle East pipeline market and international trade dynamics

• Familiarity with pipeline specifications, corrosion resistance, pressure ratings, and composite materials

Skills & Traits:

• Native Arabic speaker with fluent English; Chinese language is a plus

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and project execution skills

• Ability to operate in fast-paced, growth-driven environments
