Our client is a Dubai-based full-service firm delivering comprehensive design and build solutions across the MENA region. Their expertise spans energy, education, agriculture, and other infrastructure-driven sectors.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and discreet Executive Assistant to the Chairman to support strategic initiatives and ensure seamless communication across executive-level operations. This role demands exceptional organizational and project coordination skills, ideally within construction, education, or engineering-related industries.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the key liaison between the Chairman and internal stakeholders including senior leaders and project teams.

Track strategic project timelines and deliverables through detailed dashboards and reporting tools.

Draft and manage confidential communications, reports, and presentations on behalf of the Chairman.

Prepare agendas and documentation for high-level meetings, and ensure timely follow-ups.

Uphold the highest standards of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality in all executive matters.
Candidate Requirements:

European nationality; age 45 and below

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field

Minimum 7 years’ experience in a senior-level EA, project coordination, or executive office role

Strong background in project-based or construction-related industries

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work independently
