Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead market expansion and sales operations in the pipeline sector. This role involves managing high-value client relationships, developing strategic sales plans, and expanding the market reach across the Middle East and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Sales Strategy & Market Growth

Develop and execute strategic sales plans across multiple pipeline solutions: PVC, RTP, HDPE, TCP, PP-R, and composite pipelines.

Expand market presence across the Middle East and international territories.

Analyze market trends and competitors to boost brand positioning.
🔹 Team Leadership

Build and lead a high-performing pipeline sales team.

Conduct technical product training on pipeline materials and applications.

Monitor sales team performance and ensure alignment with business goals.
🔹 Client Relationship Management

Foster long-term relationships with EPC contractors, construction firms, government agencies, and distributors.

Offer custom solutions aligned with client needs (e.g., pressure ratings, material durability, corrosion resistance).

Address concerns related to quality, delivery, and regulatory compliance.
🔹 Performance & Revenue Management

Define and monitor sales targets and pipeline material budgets.

Optimize pricing, profit margins, and bulk procurement strategies.

Participate in high-value contract negotiations and supply agreements.
🔹 Contract & Payment Oversight

Draft and execute commercial agreements.

Coordinate delivery schedules and ensure timely payment collection.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical field.

5–10 years of experience in pipeline material sales, manufacturing, or distribution.
Industry & Regional Expertise:

Strong knowledge of pipeline specifications and standards.

Deep network within pipeline manufacturing and construction industries.

Familiarity with the Middle East market and culture is highly preferred.
Skills:

Fluent in Arabic and English; Chinese is a plus.

Exceptional negotiation and business development skills.
