Position: Business Development Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Location: Dubai and Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: Up to AED 20,000/month all-inclusive plus commissions (based on experience and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business by generating leads and expanding client contacts.

• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with current and prospective clients.

• Collaborate closely with management to achieve and exceed sales targets.

• Identify market opportunities and tailor solutions to client needs.

Requirements:

• Open to Asian nationalities, aged 50 years or below.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any relevant discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience within the insurance industry.

• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

• Must be based in the UAE.
