Position: Facility Manager

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the seamless operations and maintenance of luxury villas and upscale residential properties in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure all facilities operate efficiently, uphold the highest standards of safety and aesthetics, and continuously enhance residents’ living experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of luxury residential villas ensuring safety, functionality, and visual appeal.

• Manage and coordinate maintenance teams and external contractors to deliver timely, quality services.

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and costs.

• Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Optimize facility management processes and manage operational budgets efficiently.

• Respond promptly to residents’ requests and resolve facility-related issues to maximize satisfaction.

• Prepare regular reports on maintenance activities, operational performance, and budget usage for senior management.

• Collaborate with property development and management teams for ongoing and future facility projects.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven Facility Management experience, ideally within luxury residential or property development sectors.

• Strong knowledge of building systems, facility operations, and UAE regulatory compliance.

• Excellent leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and teams.

• Effective communication skills in English and Hindi to liaise with residents, contractors, and stakeholders.

• Proficiency in maintenance management software and budgeting tools.

• Proactive problem solver with a focus on resident satisfaction and facility excellence.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Salary & Benefits:

• AED 15,000 – 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances
