Key Responsibilities:

Provide daily administrative support for seamless office operations

Organize office documents, files, and correspondence

Manage phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries appropriately

Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and coordinate appointments

Maintain inventory and order office supplies as needed

Assist with data entry, reporting, and maintaining records

Welcome visitors and manage front desk duties when required

Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field

Previous experience in an administrative or clerical position

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
