Arla Foods is seeking a strategic and analytical Digital Media Planner to join The Barn, their in-house agency based in Dubai. You will lead digital media strategies aligned with brand objectives, working with teams across digital and offline media, influencer marketing, and creative to deliver impactful campaigns for iconic brands like Puck, Lurpak, and Arla.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop integrated digital media strategies aligned with marketing objectives, brand positioning, and target audiences.

Collaborate with offline media teams to design seamless consumer journeys across all funnel stages.

Craft data-driven digital media plans, selecting channels, buying models, targeting, and optimization methods.

Explore and recommend innovative media formats and emerging platforms.

Partner with influencer marketing to integrate influencer content effectively.

Manage relationships with media agencies and digital platforms to ensure smooth execution and reporting.

Analyze campaign performance (reach, engagement, consumer sentiment, brand health uplift) and optimize future plans.

Stay updated on digital trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.

Utilize insights from marketing mix modeling (MMM) and brand lift studies (BLS).
Qualifications & Skills:

3-4 years of experience in digital media planning, preferably in FMCG.

Strong strategic, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with influencer marketing, social & video platforms, and display advertising.

Ability to collaborate with offline media teams for integrated campaign delivery.

Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
