We are seeking a skilled 3D Visualizer/Designer to join a fast-paced and creative environment in Dubai. This role is crucial in translating design concepts into high-quality visual presentations and technical drawings. You will support the entire design process—from concept development through to site execution—ensuring project accuracy, visual appeal, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales and Design teams to understand project briefs and create visual design concepts.

• Develop layout drawings, shop drawings, and quantity take-offs using AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, and relevant software.

• Prepare compelling pitchbooks and sales brochures for business development support.

• Create detailed architectural/structural components for hard landscaping and outdoor spaces.

• Produce high-quality visual presentations including 3D renderings, illustrations, and models.

• Ensure design documentation is accurate and submitted on time.

• Maintain proper records of drawings and collaborate with internal and external teams.

• Provide on-site technical direction and assist with site instructions when needed.

• Prepare Work Inspection Requests (WIRs) and submit As-Built drawings as per project timeline.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in 3D visualization or architectural design (interiors, landscaping, or fit-out projects preferred).

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Strong understanding of technical detailing, design principles, and space planning.

• Experience in creating shop drawings, as-built documentation, and quantity take-offs.

• Familiarity with UAE design regulations and site execution protocols is a plus.

• Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines.

• Degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
