As part of our expansion, we are establishing a new entity in Saudi Arabia and are looking for a dynamic HR Generalist II to lead and implement critical HR functions on the ground.

Job Summary

As an HR Generalist II, you will be responsible for managing all human resources functions for our new Saudi Arabia operations. This includes talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance with local labor laws, and the development of HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all HR operations for the Saudi entity including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.

• Ensure adherence to Saudi labor laws and Parker Hannifin’s corporate HR standards.

• Design and implement HR policies and processes tailored to the Saudi context.

• Advise senior leadership on workforce planning and talent management.

• Build and maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

• Partner with leaders for performance and talent management cycles.

• Administer and coordinate local and corporate training programs.

• Support employee development and respond to HR-related inquiries.

• Manage employee grievances and address compensation and benefits questions.

• Prepare and analyze HR reports as needed.

Qualifications

• Saudi National (in compliance with local employment regulations).

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, including leadership responsibilities.

• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR best practices.

• Experience building HR functions from the ground up is highly desirable.

• Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent communication skills.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.
