Role Overview:

As a Venture Partner at Iron Key Capital, you’ll join a global collective of experienced founders, operators, and investors. This immersive, hands-on role is designed for professionals ready to actively source and evaluate early-stage deals, contribute capital, support founders, and participate in shaping the future of frontier technology investing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate early-stage startup investment opportunities.

• Contribute capital to promising Web3 and AI startups.

• Provide operational and strategic support to founders.

• Participate in the Investment Committee and broader investor network.

• Engage in a 12-week Investor Accelerator Program covering VC operations, deal structuring, cap tables, and founder relations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience in Web3, DePIN, Layer 2 solutions, or AI sectors.

• Background as a founder, operator, or angel investor.

• Access to capital or investor networks is preferred.

• Strong interest in active, hands-on venture investing.
