Job Summary:

The Senior Manager – Information Technology is responsible for formulating and leading DHCA’s IT strategy, ensuring technological alignment with the authority’s overall goals. This strategic leadership role focuses on guiding digital transformation, driving operational efficiency, and overseeing IT governance, infrastructure, systems development, and cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic:

• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with organizational goals.

• Lead departmental workforce and budget planning.

• Oversee high-performance work processes and continuous improvements.

Operational:

• Design IT policies and ensure implementation of market-best practices.

• Oversee enterprise IT systems, automation initiatives, and digital infrastructure.

• Direct the planning, development, and support of IT operations and services.

• Lead disaster recovery planning and IT security enhancements.

• Establish baseline architecture repositories for systems, data models, and applications.

• Collaborate with business units to align IT services with organizational needs.

• Cultivate partnerships with vendors to adopt emerging technologies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant IT leadership experience.

• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and IT governance.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and strategic digital initiatives.
