Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics and Shipment Coordinator to oversee and manage the end-to-end shipping process. This role requires close monitoring of shipments, costs, and documentation while ensuring compliance and optimal productivity. Based in the United Arab Emirates, the ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and timely shipment execution while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage shipment schedules, costs, and productivity to ensure timely deliveries.

• Evaluate shipment invoices, verify accuracy, and coordinate the processing of insurance claims.

• Prepare and manage all documentation required for customs clearance and shipment execution.

• Track insurance policies related to shipments and handle insurance requests when needed.

• Collaborate with internal departments and logistics providers to resolve any issues affecting shipping timelines or costs.

• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company policies.
