Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive Site and Equipment Safety Supervisor to ensure the correct and safe installation of equipment on-site. This role involves compiling and presenting detailed statistical data on site and equipment performance, identifying potential hazards, and enforcing standardized safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and verify the proper and safe installation of equipment on construction or operational sites.

• Collect, analyze, and present statistical data related to site operations and equipment efficiency in well-documented reports.

• Identify and assess possible site and equipment hazards, implementing safety measures to reduce risks.

• Conduct routine site inspections to evaluate potential risks of injuries, accidents, or equipment malfunctions.

• Lead and manage ground personnel, especially during emergency situations, ensuring team safety and coordination.

• Foster positive and professional relationships across all levels of the organization through strong interpersonal skills.
