Job Title: Regional Automotive Sales Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Regional Automotive Sales Manager to lead sales efforts and drive business growth across the UAE and GCC markets. The ideal candidate will develop and execute sales strategies, manage key partnerships, and lead a sales team to achieve ambitious targets aligned with the company’s regional objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement annual sales plans and targets in line with regional business goals.

Build and nurture strong relationships with local distributors, dealers, and strategic partners.

Lead, mentor, and train the sales team to maximize market penetration and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Monitor competitor activity and market trends to proactively adjust sales strategies.

Collaborate with marketing, aftersales, and product teams to support overall sales performance.

Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics to senior leadership regularly.

Participate in pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and planning local events.

Ensure full compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies.
Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.

Minimum 3 years of automotive sales experience, preferably within the UAE or GCC region.

Deep understanding of the UAE automotive market and dealer operations.

Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.

Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic and/or Chinese is an advantage.

Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
