Job Title: F&B Dispatch Lead

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced F&B Dispatch Lead to join a leading Hospitality & Leisure group based in Dubai. This full-time role involves leading the dispatch team to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate delivery operations while maintaining strict food safety and inventory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the dispatch team to guarantee timely and accurate order deliveries.

• Oversee daily dispatch operations, including inventory control and appropriate storage within chillers and freezers.

• Ensure proper product labelling, first-in-first-out (FIFO) rotation, and compliance with HACCP documentation.

• Coordinate closely with the production and sales teams to manage order processing and fulfillment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Open to Asian Nationals (India, Nepal, Philippines, Sri Lanka preferred).

• Minimum high school education or equivalent; preference given to candidates with Culinary or Apprenticeship Program background.

• At least 2-3 years experience in dispatch or warehouse operations, with minimum 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of HACCP standards, inventory management, and food safety practices.

• Must be based in the United Arab Emirates or willing to relocate.
