Job Description:
We are seeking a Secretary to join our team at our Dubai office. This full-time, on-site role involves performing a variety of administrative and clerical duties to support smooth business operations. You will handle scheduling, correspondence, record management, and provide executive-level administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence

Maintain company records, files, and databases

Provide executive administrative assistance to management

Liaise with clients and staff, ensuring efficient communication

Coordinate internal and external meetings and prepare related materials

Support with document preparation, filing, and follow-up tasks
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a secretary or in a similar administrative role

Proficiency in clerical duties and executive administrative assistance
