Job Description:

ATÖLYE is seeking passionate professionals across disciplines—including design, project management, and facilitation—to join our Collaborator Network. We are looking for individuals who are fluent in design thinking strategies and inspired to co-create meaningful, impactful work across diverse projects and cultures.

As a Collaborator, you’ll engage in dynamic roles with a variety of stakeholders, driving innovation through ideation, prototyping, and strategic design. Your work will support complex problem-solving in a remote, inclusive, and highly collaborative setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to multidisciplinary projects using design-led approaches

• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and collaborative sessions

• Apply frameworks such as design thinking and human-centered design

• Develop creative concepts and translate them into actionable outputs

• Communicate effectively across teams and stakeholders

• Embrace and navigate ambiguity with optimism and curiosity

• Use digital and physical tools to support ideation and prototyping

• Engage with cultural sensitivity and openness across diverse teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in English

• Fluency in design thinking or human-centered design methodologies

• Strong communication and storytelling skills

• Confidence working across various formats (e.g., workshops, interviews)

• Ability to work independently in remote settings

• Open-minded, critical thinker with a collaborative mindset

• Experience in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments

• Willingness to learn and adopt new tools and methods
