Job Title: Sales Representative
Job Description:
Join a fast-paced and growing company in the construction and materials sector as a Sales Representative in Dubai. We are looking for motivated professionals who can confidently build client relationships and help expand our presence across the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop strong client relationships using in-person meetings, phone calls, and digital channels.

Explore and manage current and new customer accounts within your assigned territory.

Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals.

Maintain detailed records of customer data, sales activities, and lead status using CRM tools or datasheets.

Proactively approach prospects and existing clients to present the benefits and features of our building materials.

Utilize traditional and digital marketing strategies—including social media, email marketing, and face-to-face promotions—to enhance product visibility and lead generation.
Skills & Qualifications:

3–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in building materials or construction sectors.

Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Ability to evaluate sales goals, identify target audiences, and overcome objections with strategic solutions.

Competent in preparing sales reports, client documentation, and accurate forecasting.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both over the phone and in person.

Proficient in balancing client satisfaction with company profitability.

High energy, goal-oriented, and able to perform under pressure to meet deadlines.
