Job Title: Sales Representative

Job Description:

Join a fast-paced and growing company in the construction and materials sector as a Sales Representative in Dubai. We are looking for motivated professionals who can confidently build client relationships and help expand our presence across the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strong client relationships using in-person meetings, phone calls, and digital channels.

• Explore and manage current and new customer accounts within your assigned territory.

• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals.

• Maintain detailed records of customer data, sales activities, and lead status using CRM tools or datasheets.

• Proactively approach prospects and existing clients to present the benefits and features of our building materials.

• Utilize traditional and digital marketing strategies—including social media, email marketing, and face-to-face promotions—to enhance product visibility and lead generation.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in building materials or construction sectors.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

• Ability to evaluate sales goals, identify target audiences, and overcome objections with strategic solutions.

• Competent in preparing sales reports, client documentation, and accurate forecasting.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both over the phone and in person.

• Proficient in balancing client satisfaction with company profitability.

• High energy, goal-oriented, and able to perform under pressure to meet deadlines.
