Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry & Documentation Specialist to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. This role involves handling data collection, record keeping, and error reporting with precision and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing digital and physical documentation and ensuring all data entries are accurate and up to date.
Key Responsibilities:

Scan and print documents required for accurate data entry and information collection.

Enter data into company systems with a focus on high accuracy and attention to detail.

Maintain updated and organized records of company data.

Review and analyze data reports to detect and report any errors or inconsistencies.

Collaborate with relevant departments to correct discrepancies in data.

Support administrative tasks and ensure documentation is well-structured and accessible.
Required Skills:

Proficient in operating standard office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).

Familiarity with Windows OS and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Strong typing speed and accuracy.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to handle confidential data with integrity.
