Job Purpose:

As a Senior Relationship Manager for Priority Banking, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing affluent client relationships, meeting revenue targets across assets, liabilities, investments, and insurance, while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Financials:

• Build and nurture relationships with Priority Banking clients.

• Acquire new clients, present products, and close deals contributing to unit goals.

Services:

• Provide expert advice on all Priority Banking products including banking, lending, and wealth management.

• Proactively engage clients for cross-selling and product promotion.

Compliance:

• Adhere to policies related to operational risk, sales practices, and anti-money laundering.

• Maintain client confidentiality and accurate client profiles.

Initiative:

• Continuously improve service quality to exceed client expectations.

• Stay informed on market trends and refer clients to other bank services.

Personal Development:

• Identify and pursue personal development opportunities through training and coaching.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

• University degree in Business, Finance, or related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 4 years in sales within financial services or banking.

• Experience in retail and wealth management preferred.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Proficient in English; knowledge of regional languages is an advantage.
