Job Overview:

Dubai Holding Entertainment is looking for a Senior Manager – Tenant Relations for Global Village. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of tenant relationships and operational support, ensuring seamless experiences for tenants and upholding the standards of one of Dubai’s premier entertainment destinations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire tenant lifecycle: onboarding, licensing, operations, and offboarding.

• Act as the primary liaison between Global Village and its tenants, ensuring prompt issue resolution.

• Monitor and enforce adherence to operational standards, guidelines, and health & safety regulations.

• Collaborate with internal departments to support tenant needs and optimize operational alignment.

• Lead seasonal tenant evaluations and execute plans for service level improvements.

• Analyze tenant feedback, prepare detailed reports, and suggest actionable recommendations.

• Support the Director with strategic commercial planning using tenant data and market insights.

• Track project progress to ensure deadlines and milestones are consistently met.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field

• 4–5 years of experience in tenant relations, customer experience, or commercial operations
  (preferably in entertainment, events, or retail leasing)

• Proficiency in licensing and compliance procedures

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills

• Strong relationship management and conflict resolution capabilities

• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
