ARX is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a proactive recruiter with 5–8 years of experience, especially within the engineering and consultancy sectors. You’ll play a key part in hiring top-tier talent and supporting the Middle East expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles in engineering, project management, and administration across the Middle East

• Partner with hiring managers to align talent strategies with business goals

• Source candidates via job boards, professional networks, and direct outreach

• Screen applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring logistics

• Maintain records using the applicant tracking system (ATS)

• Support onboarding processes with HR and admin teams

• Represent ARX at job fairs and professional networking events

• Track and report recruitment KPIs

• Ensure all recruitment practices are legally compliant and align with company policy

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• 5–8 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the engineering or consultancy sector

• In-depth knowledge of UAE labor law and visa processes

• Proficient in ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools

• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, multicultural setting

• Knowledge of international recruitment standards is a plus
