ZEDEDA is hiring a Senior Partner Business Manager to drive strategic partner engagement and revenue growth within the edge computing software ecosystem. This hybrid role focuses on managing and expanding relationships with Value-Added Resellers (VARs), Managed Service Providers (MSPs), System Integrators (GSIs), Telcos, and Industrial Service Providers. The candidate will develop go-to-market strategies, execute partner enablement programs, and support sales growth through a partner-driven model.
Key Responsibilities:

Define and implement a regional channel sales strategy to grow edge software adoption.

Recruit, onboard, and enable strategic partners in assigned territories.

Set joint business goals, revenue targets, and sales enablement strategies with partners.

Lead partner training, certification, and onboarding programs.

Collaborate on marketing campaigns, demand generation, and sales tools.
-
Manage pipeline development, sales forecasting, and revenue realization.
-
Negotiate commercial agreements and partner incentive structures.
-
Align direct sales with partner-led activities for cohesive growth.
-
Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Technical Support teams.

Represent ZEDEDA at conferences, industry events, and partner summits.
Qualifications:

5–10 years of experience in channel sales or partner management in cloud, edge computing, or SaaS.

Proven track record of growing partner-led revenue with VARs, MSPs, GSIs, and service providers.

Strong knowledge of cloud and edge computing platforms and OT infrastructure.

Ability to create and execute partner go-to-market strategies effectively.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Proficient with CRM and partner platforms (Salesforce preferred).
