We are looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner to lead financial operations for our Home Care (HC) division across the Arabia region.

In this strategic role, you will be responsible for end-to-end P&L ownership, partnering with leadership teams to drive profitable growth, support key financial decisions, and lead performance improvement initiatives. You will work in an inclusive, collaborative environment where you’ll have the autonomy and support to shape your future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full P&L management for Home Care Arabia, ensuring delivery against business targets.

• Partner with HC Arabia Leadership Team to align in-year financial plans with long-term growth strategies.

• Provide decision support on investment strategies, trade-offs, and mix optimization (channel/country/category).

• Identify performance gaps and drive corrective actions across all financial lines.

• Guide profitability enhancement initiatives and long-term strategy execution.

• Deliver impactful presentations and financial insights to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including HC PTAB, CSP, SC, and local finance leads.

• Mentor and develop finance team members, promoting a high-performance and growth-oriented culture.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• 5+ years of senior-level business partnering experience in the FMCG industry.

• Strong financial acumen and full P&L management experience.

• Proven ability to present complex data in a simple, actionable manner.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

• Strong strategic thinking and analytical mindset.
