Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Projects Director to lead our luxury residential interior fitout projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design and project management, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget. This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and attention to detail, ensuring each project upholds the highest standards of excellence and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

🛠 Project Planning & Execution

• Oversee multiple interior fitout projects from start to completion.

• Ensure projects align with the company’s strategic goals and client expectations.

• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address issues.

👥 Team Leadership & Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of project managers, designers, and site staff.

• Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

🤝 Stakeholder & Client Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Ensure clear communication and alignment of expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

📊 Reporting & Risk Management

• Prepare and present project updates, reports, and proposals to senior management.

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

🚀 Innovation & Business Development

• Drive best practices and innovation in project management and interior design.

• Participate in the bidding process for new projects, providing insights and expertise.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

🎓 Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

• 15+ years of experience in project management within the interior design and build industry.

• Proven experience managing large-scale luxury residential projects.

💡 Technical & Leadership Skills

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

• Expertise in project management methodologies, design principles, and construction processes.

• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changes.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

🌍 Market & Language Skills

• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

• Familiarity with Dubai’s luxury residential market, regulations, and best practices.
