Job Title: Chief Accountant 

Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Chief Accountant to join a reputable automotive group in Dubai, known for its excellence in vehicle maintenance and restoration services using cutting-edge technology and facilities.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned accounting professional with a strong background in the automobile industry, particularly in projects and restoration accounting, to take on a key leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage all core financial reports including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, bank reconciliations, and KPI dashboards, as requested by the Group Accounting Manager.

• Generate detailed financial reports specific to car restoration projects.

• Issue pro-forma and tax invoices in line with approved quotations and company SOPs.

• Handle VAT filings and process payroll in coordination with the Group HR Manager and General Manager.

• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and international accounting standards.

• Support strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for automotive projects.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree is advantageous.

• Must be a CPA, ACCA, CMA, or hold an equivalent professional certification.

• Minimum of 10 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in the automobile industry handling projects or restorations.

• Strong command of financial reporting, tax compliance, and payroll processing.

• Proficient in accounting software and tools relevant to automotive service operations.

• Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and time management skills.

Candidate Criteria:

• Open to Arabic and Asian nationals, male, aged 45 and below.

• Must be currently residing in the UAE.
