Job Description:
Outlier is seeking freelance Hebrew writers to contribute to the training and evaluation of AI-generated content. This is a remote, flexible opportunity for talented writers fluent in Hebrew who are passionate about improving AI technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate Hebrew texts generated by AI and rank multiple model responses.

• Write original short stories in Hebrew based on given prompts.

• Assess the factual accuracy of AI-generated Hebrew content.

Required Expertise:

• Professional experience as a translator, copywriter, journalist, editor, or technical writer.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or enrollment) in Humanities, Creative Writing, or related fields.

• Strong command of Hebrew and linguistic intuition.

Compensation:

• Average pay rate: $22.50 USD per hour for main project tasks.

• Pay may vary based on qualifications, project complexity, seniority (e.g., PhD-level writers may receive more), and location.
