• Christian Dior Couture Middle East is seeking a Zone Internal Control Manager to enhance and develop the internal control framework across the region. The role involves collaborating with various departments to improve processes, conducting audits, and supporting risk management efforts. This is a dynamic position reporting directly to the Zone CFO and offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects aimed at strengthening the company’s operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and improve the Internal Control framework across the zone.

• Support departments in process definition and continuous improvement, especially for new activities.

• Conduct audits across stores and head offices, providing recommendations and tracking remediation progress.

• Lead Major Risks mapping and collaborate with management to mitigate them.

• Supervise the annual Internal Control self-assessment campaign, ensuring timely action plan implementation.

• Implement Ethics & Compliance programs with the head of Legal.

• Drive initiatives to automate control testing, improving accuracy and reducing manual efforts.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Finance or Audit; CIA or CPA certification is a plus.

• At least 6 years of experience in Internal Audit or Internal Control roles at large-scale multinational companies.
