This position is ideal for video editors experienced in documentary or explainer-style content who can handle full-cycle editing, from voice-over creation to sourcing visuals and final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce one YouTube-ready video (8–12 minutes) per week.

• Create professional voice-overs from provided transcripts.

• Source and edit images, b-roll, stock footage, and graphics to support narration.

• Assemble engaging videos optimized for YouTube formatting and audience retention.

• Meet weekly deadlines, with transcripts provided two days in advance.

• Provide a short sample video as part of the hiring process.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience editing educational, documentary, or explainer-style videos.

• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
