Gold’s Yacht, Dubai’s premier luxury yacht experience provider, is seeking professional and service-oriented Yacht Stewards/Stewardesses to join their flexible, on-call crew. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about high-end hospitality, guest care, and luxury service. Unlike traditional full-time positions, this role involves working across various yachts depending on bookings and guest requirements, providing a dynamic and varied experience in the luxury yachting industry.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and serve VIP guests with professionalism, elegance, and attention to detail.

• Prepare and manage dining, lounge, and bar areas onboard.

• Maintain pristine interior conditions throughout charters.

• Assist with light housekeeping duties such as guest areas, towels, and dishes.

• Coordinate with captain and crew during docking and guest movement.

• Track onboard inventory and report restocking needs.

• Deliver discreet, attentive guest service and gather informal feedback.

• Provide operational and client satisfaction reports.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous hospitality experience (hotels, cruises, or yachts) required.

• Well-groomed, polite, and service-focused with a professional demeanor.

• Basic English communication skills.

• Physically fit, energetic, and adaptable.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including short-notice assignments.

• Ability to adapt to different yachts, crews, and client expectations.

Preferred Certifications:

• STCW Basic Safety Training (highly preferred).

• Food & Hygiene Level 2 Certificate (required for food handling).

• Hospitality or F&B Certification (hotel school or equivalent is a plus).

• Silver Service Training (optional but advantageous).

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: AED 2,500 – 3,500/month (for on-call availability).

• Meals provided onboard during charters.

• Uniform provided.

• High tip potential per charter based on client satisfaction.

• Additional performance bonuses during peak season.
