This initiative is designed to immerse fresh graduates in real-world sustainability practices through hands-on experience at one of the region’s most innovative WTE facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily operations of the Waste-to-Energy facility under expert guidance.

• Learn energy recovery methods, waste processing techniques, and emissions control systems.

• Participate in routine maintenance activities and safety inspections.

• Work closely with technical and cross-functional teams to support process improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
