We are actively seeking experienced finance professionals to join our elite mentor roster and support the next generation of talent entering high-stakes industries such as investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, venture capital, consulting, and more.
If you have a background in any of the top-tier finance or consulting domains and a passion for mentoring, this flexible, remote opportunity allows you to give back, stay engaged with emerging talent, and further develop your coaching skills.
Key Responsibilities:

1-on-1 Mentorship: Conduct personalized mock interviews, resume reviews, and career strategy sessions.

Group Mentoring (Optional): Lead small cohort prep sessions, particularly around competitive recruiting cycles (e.g., IB and PE).

Content Contribution (Optional): Collaborate on improving interview guides, prep materials, and financial modeling content.

Student Impact: Offer high-quality, real-world insights and actionable advice to help mentees succeed professionally.
Who We’re Looking For:

Professionals with experience in fields like investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, S&T, VC, asset management, equity research, corporate development, real estate finance, or elite consulting firms.

Current or former Associates, VPs, Principals, Engagement Managers, or equivalent roles.

Strong communicators who are enthusiastic about mentoring and providing constructive feedback.
