Position: Working Capital and Accounts Coordinator
Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: AED 20,000 – 22,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)

About the Role:
An international law firm is seeking a detail-oriented Working Capital and Accounts Coordinator with solid experience in credit control and billing. This position plays a crucial role in managing the financial health of the firm, particularly around client billing, collections, and compliance.

The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of legal accounting practices, SAR rules, VAT legislation, and experience using financial systems like Aderant. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential, along with a proactive approach to managing aged debt and WIP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage credit control activities: follow up on overdue invoices and resolve client billing issues

• Handle billing operations: generate debtor statements, issue credit notes, and support fee earners with accurate billing

• Lead WIP and debtor review meetings and track follow-up actions

• Ensure compliance with SAR rules, VAT legislation, and firm policy on residual balances

• Post receipts in Aderant, reconcile disbursements, and process banking transactions

• Support the finance team with ad hoc projects and process improvements

Requirements:

• Experience in a law firm is mandatory

• Strong background in credit control and billing in an international professional services setting

• Proficiency in VAT rules, SAR regulations, and client banking systems

• High-level Excel skills; Aderant experience is a strong plus

• Excellent communication, accuracy, and attention to detail
