Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled WordPress Web Developer & Designer to revamp, modernize, and maintain our existing company websites. Our current websites are outdated and require a full redesign to improve aesthetics, functionality, speed, and user experience.

The ideal candidate will take full ownership of the design and development process, ensuring a responsive, SEO-optimized, and visually compelling end result. This role requires a professional who is both creative and detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of modern design trends and web development best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Redesign and develop responsive, modern, and user-friendly company websites using WordPress or Webflow

• Ensure all websites are mobile-first, SEO-optimized, and cross-browser compatible

• Update and maintain web content, plugins, and security protocols regularly

• Improve website speed, performance, and overall UX/UI flow

• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate new content, landing pages, or features

• Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure bug-free deployment

• Track performance using analytics tools and make data-driven design enhancements

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in WordPress, Webflow, or custom CMS platforms

• Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile-first development

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript

• Familiarity with SEO best practices for web development

• Eye for design, layout, and user experience

• Ability to work independently and deliver on deadlines
