Role Overview:

We are seeking a Wellness Studio Manager who is warm, organized, and customer-focused. This individual will oversee the daily operations of our wellness studio, deliver top-tier client service, and maintain a supportive and welcoming environment for our community. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, wellness-driven start-up culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a high-touch client experience and exceptional front desk service.

• Manage studio operations, including scheduling, memberships, and check-ins.

• Support sales by explaining packages, upselling services, and managing POS systems.

• Handle client communications, including emails, phone calls, and appointment confirmations.

• Maintain accurate administrative records and studio documentation.

• Ensure the cleanliness and safety of sauna and ice bath facilities.

• Collaborate with team members and support wellness events.

• Coordinate with vendors and ensure inventory is well-stocked and timely delivered.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 3–5 years’ experience in customer service or hospitality.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Passion for health, wellness, and community building.

• Engaging personality and ability to connect deeply with clients.

• Fluent in English; other languages and First Aid training are a plus.
