Pakistan Association Dubai (PAD), in collaboration with Pakistan Medical Centre, is looking for a Part-Time Welfare Officer to join its Welfare & Community Services team. This position is ideal for a compassionate, calm, and culturally sensitive professional committed to serving diverse communities with empathy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, patients, and community members with patience, courtesy, and respect.

• Handle challenging or sensitive situations with discretion and diplomacy.

• Conduct welfare assessments in accordance with organizational policies.

• Provide guidance on Zakat, donations, and other charitable services.

• Collaborate with welfare, medical, and community departments to coordinate support services.

• Maintain accurate records while ensuring confidentiality of all cases.

Requirements:

• Must be on own visa.

• Flexible 36-hour work week (part-time schedule based on organizational needs).

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Islamic Studies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong abilities in conflict management, problem-solving, and decision-making.

• Understanding of Zakat, charity, and Islamic welfare principles.

• Prior experience in non-profit, NGO, or community service roles is highly desirable.
